Club meeting 08/03/2018

In attendance:

Paul Butterfield, Claire Deakin and David Parkinson

1) Nets as when and if there is enough interest

2) Ground duty Steve Brook to be contacted about upkeep. Will organise bodies for rolling duties, Paul Butterfield to find time scale and arrange volunteers

3) Possible ground share with denholme clough. To sort: rent, up keep,duties and contract to be ironed out with the club soon as possible.

4) Claire to arrange a meeting between the 2 clubs to sort this out.

5) Can we find out just how many cricket balls Tosh has got.

6) Ask the league if possible to use all the balls for the season.

7) Registration fee to be reviewed, but subs to stay as they are.

8) Claire and David to do the tea’s all season, so there will be no confusion.

9) Availability of players and making it easy for players to be able to confirm availability.

10) Proposed website to be made and if it free David Parkinson has agreed to maintain it
